In recent time many chairman, vice chairman have been appointed by the government in various departments.
In has been long practice by Arunachal govt to appoint people without any knowledge or background of that particular department.
Few days back a person who was never known in the sports arena was made the Vice Chairman removing a sportsperson.
I’m not against appointment but I would like to appeal to the Chief Minister to appoint qualified people who have knowledge of that particular department.
There are many international, national players with high qualifications who could have been appointed as chairman or vice chairman.
Therefore, I would like to appeal for proper scrutiny before appointment and stop appointment of unqualified persons.
The uneducated and unqualified person after assuming office do not follow norms and regulations of the department and causes hurdle for all.
