SEPPA, Apr 18: The two-day social awareness programme of the All East Kameng Widow Welfare Association concluded on Wednesday at Pijeriang near here in East Kameng district.
The association had also conducted a similar awareness programme in Bana on Monday.
Panchayati Raj leaders, widows, gaon burahs/burihs, and villagers attended the programme that was aimed at generating awareness on uplifting the socio economic status of widows in the district.
