Students leave for exposure tour

ITANAGAR, Jul 18: A group of 10 meritorious students, along with three teachers on Wednesday left for Bangalore to visit the Indian Institute of Science, IISC, Bengaluru as part of a three-day (19 to 21 July)science exposure visit of meritorious students from Arunachal Pradesh.
The team will visit important centres, such as the ISRO-Exhibition centre, Heritage Centre & Aerospace Museum, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Indian Institute of Science, Lalbagh Botanical Garden and Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technological Museum (VITM), etc.
The visit is expected to help the students gain scientific temperament and encourage them to take up science as a career in the future.
The team is led by Pakngu Lombi, Scientist-‘B’ & Deputy Director (Technical), Arunachal Pradesh State Council for Science & Technology.
