Dear Editor,
I would like to draw the attention of government of Arunachal Pradesh and Education Department in particular to pass a bold decision and regularize the jobs of SSA teachers.
The topic has become controversial within the association. Some teachers are demanding according to seniority but some teachers are demanding regularization of teachers as per NCTE norms which requires passing APTET. The demands of both the groups are genuine.
Therefore, as a concerned citizen of Arunachal Pradesh, I would like to suggest the government of Arunachal Pradesh to take a clear cut decision which should not be in contradiction to the law of the land.
As a common citizen, we need well trained and qualified teachers for better education of our young children.
