ITANAGAR, Oct 15: The Nyishi Elite Society (NES) has expressed profound grief and sorrow over untimely demise of its active member and DFO Neelam Nido.
“In his death, we have lost a tall figure in the Nyishi community, a philanthropist and ardent officer,” said NES president Bengia Tolum in a condolence message to Neelam Rani, wife of late Nido.
Nido was closely associated with the NES on many occasions, programmes and events as its life member. He was also associated with various social organizations, like Rikka Ribla Welfare Society as its president since 2013 and adviser to Lumri Natural Resources Committee etc, the NES president said.
Tolum, on behalf of the NES conveyed heartfelt condolence to the bereaved family and prayed to almighty to give them courage and strength to withstand the tragedy.
