Open letter to CM on molestation allegation and development

Dear Editor,
I would like to question Pema Khandu led govt. about their seriousness on safety and development with first emphasis on alleged molestation of a 12 year old tuition going girl by a Joint Commissioner of Tax and Excise department more than a year ago.
What is the outcome of the report submitted by departmental Inquiry board constituted by your government? What actions have been initiated against erring employees of Tax & excise department who were responsible for lapses in paper work? What steps have you taken to fast track the cases of rapidly rising sexual violence against minors? Where are the results of your assurances to rectify shortcomings in the appointments of members to APSCW?
Where are the tangible development plans of your govt.? Railways connection, Civil secretariat, Trans Arunachal Highway, District secretariats, convention hall, Assembly Building, Health Insurance scheme, Hollongi greenfield airport, ALGs in Pasighat, Along, Walong, Mechuka and Ziro all brainchild of previous congress governments under Dorjee Khandu and Nabam Tuki. Where’s yours?
APPSC and it’s conduct under your govt. has moved back in time to stone age. Instead of using signal jammers, metal detector, CCTV monitoring and strict frisking, the network of the entire state is brought down.
Lastly, fix those employees who allegedly violate others’ rights instead of violating esteemed institution like APSCW, which fights against the violators and works out remedies for victims. Amid all criticisms would like to thank your govt. for firmly bringing down the Bandh calls close to none. Please, don’t brag about development when you haven’t done enough. Waiting for your response or the CMO on Social Media platforms as you’re an avid user.
Yours,
Charu Balboa
