ITANAGAR, Feb 15: As part of the BJP’s ‘Sampark se samarthan’ outreach campaign, state BJP vice president Tame Phassang on Friday met the business community of the capital complex and distributed booklets enumerating the achievements and initiatives of the central government.
Elaborating the government’s schemes and programmes, Phassang said that in the past four years, the government has provided 10 crore new LPG connections to poor families under the Ujjwala Yojana.
“Most of the villages have been connected with electricity and, under the Saubhagya scheme, the government aims to provide electricity to every household,” he said.
Phassang also shared information on schemes like the Mudra Yojana, Startup India, Make in India, Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana for girls, and others.
