PASIGHAT, Feb 19: Local MLA Kaling Moyong inaugurated the academic block constructed under the Rashtriya Uchhatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA) scheme in the upper campus of JN College (JNC) here in East Siang district on Tuesday.
The building has been constructed at a cost of Rs 50 lakhs received as first installment under RUSA 1.0.
The MLA interacted with the faculty members and invited their suggestions on developing the teaching-learning scenario in the college. He assured the college community that all the infrastructural bottlenecks of the college would be looked into and quality would be ensured in the implementation of all projects in the college.
JNC Principal Dr Milorai Modi, Vice Principal Dr SD Choudhury, RUSA coordinator JR Padhi, faculty members, staff and students of the college were present.
