ROING, Mar 6: A district level NGO-Bankers Meet on Micro Finance & SHG-Bank Linkage Programme was organized by NABARD at Mayu II here in Lower Dibang Valley district on Wednesday.
The main objective of the meeting was to create awareness about micro finance and SHG-BLP among all the stakeholders in the district.
NABARD DDM Nitya Mili explained in details through PowerPoint on micro finance and SHG-BLP. He urged all the participants to avail the benefits of the programme.
RK Paul Chawang, Secretary AMYAA, NGO also spoke on the occasion.
The officials from various state government departments and bankers interacted with the participants and responded to their queries.
The programme was attended by AMYAA NGO and representatives from Bank of India, Arunachal Pradesh Rural Bank and Arunachal Pradesh State Cooperative Apex Bank.
Officers from Departments of Agriculture, Horticulture, ArSRLM and Members of various SHGs and Farmer Clubs also attended the programme.
