ITANAGAR, Mar 30: The debate competition on the topic ‘Has Arunachal truly evolved as a vibrant democracy since last 32 years?’ was conducted simultaneously at Binny Yanga Government Women’s College (BYGWC) and the NERIST on Saturday.
At BYGWC, Tanya Rini Rupa and Yomde Lollen were adjudged the winners, while Chinmay Bhattacharya and Vandana Kumari were declared the winners in the competition held at the NERIST.
The quartet will face other winners in the inter-college debate competition to be held at Dera Natung Government College here on 3 April.
The competitions are being organised by the capital complex administration to generate awareness on free and fair elections. (DIPRO)
