NAHARLAGUN, Apr 26: Free vaccination and treatment of pets and livestock will be carried out as part of the World Veterinary Day celebration by the Arunachal Pradesh Veterinary Association (APVA) at the state veterinary hospital here on 27 April.
Apart from creating awareness among the livestock owners about the importance of vaccinating their animals, the celebration will also focus on other aspects of animal husbandry, said an APVA release.
