The woes of Seppa’s public

The public of East Kameng HQ Seppa are seriously frustrated and angry due to the fact that basic necessities, such as 4G internet connection and opening new bank accounts, are not provided properly by the government authorities.
There are many banks in Seppa, like the State Bank of India and the Central Bank of India, but the problem is that they don’t accept opening of new accounts and instead suggest that we go to the capital complex to open new SBI accounts. The question is, why are they not doing it in Seppa and running away from their responsibilities?
Also, I would like to mention that the SBI branch in Seppa is too congested nowadays, with lots of people with many types of personalities! It’s hard for the public to even think about visiting the branch. It would be nice if the SBI branch in Seppa gets upgraded to be able to serve more customers.
Also, the Vodafone, Airtel and BSNL service providers are the worst in Seppa. We all know that this is the 21st century and it’s our basic right to enjoy all these privileges. But the fact is that the internet connections of Airtel, Vodafone and BSNL are slow (like 18 to 45 kbs only).
Lastly, I would like to mention the present scenario of some of our government servants in Seppa town. The officials of Seppa are absent most of the time from their offices. When we ask the peons about their whereabouts, we are told that sir or madam has gone to Itanagar or Naharlagun because of some reason. The problem is that most of the government servants of Seppa are not doing their jobs properly and instead taking leaves of absence, which is a headache for the public who are kept waiting.
Therefore, we, the youths of Seppa town, request the seniors to do their jobs properly, so that the public of Seppa town can enjoy the basic facilities provided to us by our democratic country.
