ITANAGAR, Oct 11: Claiming that the bonafide pre-2016 pensioners/family pensioners have been deprived as their legitimate pensions have not been fixed at par with the “government of India OM No 38/37/2016-P&PW (A), dated 12/05/2017, r/w No 38/37/2016-P&PW (A), dated 06/07/2017,” the Arunachal Pradesh State Government Pensioners’ Association (APSGPA) has in a representation urged the state government to look into the issue at the earliest.
“Good many reminders have so far been issued by the APSGPA, but neither any fruitful result came in, nor any reply to the communiques issued by the office responsible for this lapse till date which really pains all the pensioners. Presumably, a faction of pensioners/ family pensioners will get a meagre benefit by applying the rules in toto under 7th CPC. Again, out of the pensioners/family pensioners, many may not get may financial benefit also,” the association claimed.
