ITANAGAR, Apr 12: RWD Additional Secretary Repo Ronya has expressed profound grief and sorrow over the demise of animal husbandry, veterinary & dairy development deputy director, Dr Mini Hangkar, who passed away on 10 April.
The alumni association of the GHSS in Daporijo, Upper Subansiri district, has also deeply mourned the passing away of Dr Hangkar, who was also a former student [1982 batch] of the school.
“His death is a huge loss to the alumni association in particular and the department of animal husbandry as a whole,” the association said.
It conveyed condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for the departed soul.
