ANINI, 29 May: The NGO coordination centre of Dibang Valley district and the Kera-Aah Trust Society, in collaboration with the district administration has started a new initiative: distribution of survival and protective hygiene kits to the worst-affected people due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The initiative was launched on Saturday. A team comprising CO Jumi Ete, ZPC Theko Tayu and members of the Kera-Aah Trust Society distributed survival and hygiene kits, containing sanitizers, masks, rice, pulses and various other grocery items, to the worst-affected people of Dibang Valley.
The team also conducted an awareness programme on Covid-appropriate behaviour through announcements in both Hindi and Idu. (DIPRO)
