BOMDILA, 28 Apr: The 21st College Day celebration of the government college here in West Kameng district began on Thursday.
Addressing the inaugural function, the college’s Principal, Sangja Khandu highlighted the college’s infrastructure and upcoming challenges, and asked the students to strive to achieve their goals in life.
He also sought support from all stakeholders “to develop the institution at higher level.”
West Kameng ZPC Rinchin Jomba Merakpa urged the students to stay away from drugs and “focus on all-round development through active participation in both academic and co-curricular activities.”
All Aka Students Union president Arun Thasusow underlined the importance of discipline and sincerity, while its adviser Chorten Norbu administered the oath to the house captains, faculty members and students.
