ITANAGAR, 21 Jul: The proposal for one-time 20 percent increment of the fixed pay of the ArSRLM officials who have completed the probation period of one year, and annual 10 percent increment was approved during a meeting of the Arunachal State Rural Livelihoods Mission (ArSRLM) chaired by Chief Minister Pema Khandu at the civil secretariat here on Friday.
The difficult terrain support, performance management system, and pay protection for the ArSRLM officials were also approved during the meeting.
RD&PR Minister Bamang Felix in a release said, “The approvals made today will be a turning point for rural Arunachal, as it will undoubtedly motivate the ArSRLM officials towards their duties and responsibilities.”
Among others, the meeting was attended by Agriculture Minister Tage Taki, Health Minister Alo Libang, and Textile & Handicrafts Minister Tumke Bagra. (HM’s PR Cell)
