The IMD has issued an alert for heavy rainfall in our state. And against the backdrop of this, there is the PST/PET for recruitment into the Arunachal Pradesh Police – HC (RT) HC (Tel) and others – at the Police Training Centre (PTC), Banderdewa.
To the dismay of many applicants, the ground/track for the physical efficiency test (PET) is in a terrible condition, which is not viable to conduct the PET events on, especially the long jump test.
The long jump test should have been conducted indoors in view of the torrential rain. The authorities should understand that the applicants for this recruitment test have been waiting for the notification since 2018, when it had been advertised for the first time, and subsequently re-advertised in 2020.
