NEW DELHI, 27 Aug: Arunachal Pradesh Cultural Affairs Minister Dasanglu Pul on Tuesday met union Culture & Tourism Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat here and discussed promotion and preservation of the rich cultural heritage of Arunachal.
Their discussions focused on the culture ministry’s ongoing efforts and specific schemes aimed at safeguarding India’s diverse cultural heritage, with special emphasis on the unique traditions of the northeastern region, particularly Arunachal.
Shekhawat underscored the importance of preserving
these cultural assets and assured Pul of the Centre’s full support in implementing the necessary measures.
Both ministers expressed confidence that the steps being taken will significantly bolster the growth and preservation of these traditions, ensuring their continuation for generations to come.
MP Tapir Gao, Research Director Sanjeet Dubey, and Pul’s OSD Biluso Tulang were also present at the meeting.
