LIKABALI, 27 Aug: A training programme on ‘packaging and practices of pineapple cultivation’ was organised by the horticulture department at Kamcham village in Lower Siang district on Tuesday.
DHO Henrik Basar and his team imparted the technical know-how, especially mulching, pest and disease management, application of doses of manures, etc, to the farmers of Kamcham village.
The programme, under the state government’s ANBY, was attended by a total of 22 farmers. (DIPRO)
