DUMPORIJO, 23 Sep: Over 500 people availed the benefits of a free medical camp organised at Belo village by the Mandal BJP here in Upper Subansiri district on Monday.
Besides general health check-ups like blood pressure, blood sugar, thyroid, and RDT tests, medicines were also provided to the needy patients.
The health camp was conducted by a team of doctors from Tadak Dulom District Hospital and the Dumporijo community health centre.
Local MLA Rode Bui, who inaugurated the camp, informed the people about the health schemes launched by the central and the state governments. He advised them to avail the benefits of these schemes.
