Kuntse GUPS emerges best school in inter-school meet

LUNGLA, 14 Dec: Out of 16 schools, the government upper primary school (GUPS) of Kuntse Dudunghar emerged the best school in the 3rd edition of the inter-school meet held in Lungla subdivision in Tawang district.

Addressing the gathering at the concluding ceremony of the meet on Saturday, District Medical Officer Dr Rinchin Nima said, “The accomplishment of the purpose of this inter-school meet, as envisioned by former MLA late Jambey Tashi, is attributed to everyone.”

He said that the meet offered the students an opportunity to “excel in their fields of activities, be it literary or games and sports.”

Congratulating students, DDSE Hrider Phuntsok said that “ethical learning will be the course curriculum through which our students will get real and meaningful direction, and our teachers’ role will be highly significant to take students towards the right direction.”

He urged the students to be obedient and “sincere towards the society.”
