ITANAGAR, 5 Jan: Governor KT Parnaik has conveyed good wishes to the people of the state on the occasion of Si Donyi festival of the Tagin tribe, and expressed hope that the celebration would continue to strengthen the state’s cultural heritage and traditions.
“May this year’s Si Donyi celebration bring peace, prosperity, and happiness to the entire state,” the governor said. (Raj Bhavan)
