Give priority to studies, Sanjoy tells students

PALIN, Sep 1: Arunachal Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) President, Takam Sanjoy has called upon the student community to give priority to their studies to achieve their goals in life.
He was addressing students at the 2nd Foundation Day of the All Kra Daadi District Students Union (AKDDSU) cum felicitation of meritorious students programme held at Palin on August 27 and 28.
Sanjoy also lauded the Union for organising the felicitation programme, adding that such programmes would inspire the students to excel in their academic career.
Also attending the programme, All Arunachal Pradesh Students Union (AAPSU) President, Hawa Bagang appealed to the government officers of the district to co-operate with the AKDDSU team in its activities for wellbeing of the society. He also appealed to the officers not to practise corruption in the newly created district.
ANSU Vice President, Tana Sushil Tara also gave his inputs.
More than 13 students, including class 10 and 12 toppers of the district, toppers of Rajiv Gandhi University and various entrance examinations toppers were felicitated during the programme.
A friendly football match between former AAPSU team and present AAPSU team was played, wherein the present AAPSU won the match.
Earlier, the All Palin Chambang Yangte Gangte Tarak-Lengdi Student’s Union won the Late Romik Tada Memorial Football Tournament Trophy on August 27.
