ITANAGAR, 25 May: Nabam Ania stormed into the final of the 2022 Sub-Junior Girls National Boxing Championship at Inspire Institute of Bellary in Karnataka.
Ania defeated her rival from Jammu and Kashmir in the 63 kg bodyweight category on Wednesday.
Techi Ania and Krapsi Yun lost their semifinal bouts against their respective opponents from Goa and Punjab 5-0.
Over 600 boxers from 31 teams across the country are participating in the championship.
