ITANAGAR, 30 May: The officers and staff of the ICR deputy commissioner’s office held a condolence meeting here on Monday to mourn the passing away of Tagi Rigia, who was working as a mandal in the land management branch of the DC office.
Rigia passed away on 27 May, following a cardiac arrest. He is survived by his wife, three sons and three daughters.
Born on 8 November, 1973, he was a native of Rigia village in Upper Subansiri district.
The officers and staff observed two minutes’ silence as a mark of respect to the departed soul. (DIPRO)
