NAMSAI, 29 Jun: Namsai district administration has restricted movement of all types of vehicles via Tengapani bridge with immediate effect until further order after the bridge was partially damaged by rising water of Tengapani river and its tributaries.
The prohibitory order has been issued as a precautionary measure to prevent any untoward incident.
The violators will be booked under appropriate section(s) of the law, the order said.
The SP and all other administrative officers of the district have been directed to ensure strict compliance of the order.
