DIRANG, 16 Feb: The Scientific Advisory Committee (SAC) meeting of the West Kameng Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) was held at the ICAR-NRCY conference hall here on Friday.
Speaking on the occasion, DPDO Dr Dechen Dolkar suggested that the KVK “cover all the blocks of West Kameng under its capacity-building programmes.”
During the technical session, NRCY principal scientist Dr Dinamani Medhi emphasised that “recommendations made in the past and the present SAC meetings will be followed,” and asked the SAC members to “take up activities as per decisions taken in the meeting.”
KVK Head Dr Tasso Tabin spoke on the role of the KVK.
Subject matter specialists presented the 2023-’24 annual report and the 2024-’25 annual action plan.
