ITANAGAR, May 23: The Kargu Kardi Students’ Union (KKSU) has in a release on Wednesday, claimed that the post mortem report of late Yiter Pale has not been furnished by the Tomo Riba Institute of Health and Medical Sciences (TRIHMS) authorities despite the passage of two weeks’ time, and appealed to the TRIHMS authorities to furnish the report soon.
The union had earlier on 15 May, in a letter to the chief medical superintendent of TRIHMSappealed to him to furnish the post mortem report without further delay.
“The authorities assured to furnish post mortem report by the end of a week but they failed to do so”, the union stated, adding that the police investigation could be completed only after the post mortem report is furnished to the police for further appropriate action.
Yiter Pale was found hanging at his rented room at C-sector at around on 2 May last.
The police had also lodged a case under section 174CRPC the same day and investigation is currently underway.
