ITANAGAR, Oct 4: The management committees of various schools in Capital Complex have strongly opposed the mid-session transfer and posting of teachers.
In a recent meeting, the school management committees of various schools in the Capital Complex discussed the problems faced by the schools due to mid-session transfer of teachers, thereby adversely affecting the academic studies of the students.
The Capital Complex School Management Committee, which was formed in the meeting, also submitted a memorandum to the Secretary, Education for retention of teachers until the end of the current academic session for the sake of the welfare of the students.
Through the memorandum, the CCSMC also apprised the Education Secretary about poor school infrastructure, insufficient classrooms and encroachment of lands in various schools in Capital Complex and appealed for addressing the problems.
