Dear Editor,
It is a good news for unemployed youth of state that recently govt has created post of District Sports officer and Assistant sports officer whose advertisement will be made soon. Every year hundreds of student graduates and year by year, unemployment is increasing in our state.
In our state most of unemployed youths are from Arts graduates. It is not that Humanity graduates are incapable but it is because we have very limited job scope.
More over now a days state govt. is making every job a technical one. As for example we were not allowed to apply for the post of TO/FAO and AAO, whereas it was a general post earlier. Our job opportunity is being squeezed by making us ineligible for various posts.
If I am not wrong DSO and ASO is administrative post, so we believe and hope that arts graduate will also be allowed to compete with students of other stream.
Therefore, I appeal to Department of youth and sports affairs, govt. of Aruanchal Pradesh not to ask any technical qualification for the said posts. At least for this time as the post is going to be advertised for the first time or after the gap of decades.
