School needs infrastructure

Dear Editor,
Through the column of your esteem daily, I would like to draw the attention of concern authority and concern local MLA that Govt. Secondary School Damro is one of the oldest schools in Arunachal which was established in 1948, one year after independence of our nation. But, this institution is still running without proper infrastructure- there are no teachers’ quarters, computer facility, library or proper hostel for both boys and girls.
68 years have already passed but there has been no improvement in infrastructure development of the school. Only improvement is changing the name from Primary school to Middle school in 1987 and then middle School to Secondary School in 2015. This precious Institution has produced many officers including Administrative officers, Engineers andDoctors.
Hence, I request the Hon’ble Education Minister and concerned authority for early sanction of infrastructure development for the institution.
I hope that necessary action shall be taken with immediate effect.
Yours,
Atting Perme
