LONGDING, Dec 14: The Wancho Students’ Union (WSU) on Thursday wrote to the education minister, seeking creation of a Commerce stream at the government higher secondary school here.
The letter highlighted that the school currently offers Science and Humanities, but those students who wish to select Commerce have to move out of the district to continue their studies.
‘The school is one of the oldest schools in Longding district and has produced many officers and intellectuals,’ the WSU informed the minister, and sought his action on the matter.
