Through the columns of your esteemed daily, I would like to refer article 317 to the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh, now with reference to article 317 I would like to request His Excellency to suspend all incumbent members of APPSC for the reasons that is making headlines everywhere. Facebook, Whatsapp and certain blogging sites are all filled with remarkably extraordinary blunder committed by incumbent members of the commission. Their introduction of CSAT styled paper in line with UPSC after unsuccessfully conducting the preliminary examination for the most powerful services in the state speaks volume about their caliber and unprofessionalism.
No jammer, no strict frisking, copy pasted questions from Google are enough reasons that proves the incompetence of the incumbent members with two of them unfortunately from the elite IAS cadre. Citizens of the state of Arunachal Pradesh are so much used to incompetence of the government irrespective of any political spectrum that we don’t expect anything worthy from the government leave alone APPSC. Incumbent members without any exception if not suspended will definitely drain the competitive mindset of our students irrespective of their educational background.
We are proud to have a war veteran, a distinguished soldier and a man of your calibre as our governor whom we expect to uphold the integrity of the office and constitution of India at times like this or else we will be forced to believe that the constitution is just another book whose contents are just the mere thoughts of the drafting committee.
