The recent article, “Office under threat” (Dec 23) has highlighted the problems and shortcomings faced by the beleaguered commission. Adequate manpower should be provided to the commission so that they can handle the conduct of all other exams smoothly. Before conducting any other exam, the commission should first recruit staffs for themselves so that the recruitment of other exams can be expedited in future. At the same time enough security should be provided to the commission so that the work atmosphere in the premises is not hampered due to fear or threat.
The over workload handled by the present commission can only be eased out by providing enough manpower.
