An open letter to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi

Dear Editor,
We come to know that you have a proposed visit to Arunachal Pradesh in the coming month. While, there will be several important schedules from the Govt, please undertake a visit to following issues to know the ground reality.
1. Green Field Airport is the need of the hour for citizens of Arunachal Pradesh. On attaining that, Delhi would become quite nearer. Kindly make a concrete announcement on the initiation of project and fasten for its early completion.
2. Rajiv Gandhi University, Doimukh, Itanagar is the only Central University in the state. If possible, kindly undertake a short visit via road. You will be able to unearth the conditions of University including Road and other infrastructures. While, our own Deputy Chief Minister makes an announcement that within 10 days, road leading towards university will be improved; there is no headway so far. Deputy Chief Minister himself is your own BJP leader running the government.
3. National Institute of Technology, Itanagar is a part of institute of National Importance under the Ministry of Human Resource Development. However, our leaders running the state government have no concern for road communications and other important support for the development of these institutions.
These are just the tip of the iceberg. There are many important issues that government in our state failed to attain. Just a one-word directive from your end would mean a lot to the people of this remote state. In this important visit, I pray you to include above three points in your agenda items.
Yours,
Payi Gyadi,
Arunachal House,
New Delhi
