With reference to Supremes Court’s judgment on Cauvery water, few decades back nobody would have imagined water would create so many problems.
Water is the oil of 21st century and many wars may be fought over water as it is unevenly distributed.
Chemistry says- water is a universal solvent, but I wonder when people will dissolve/ resolve their differences over water before it reaches a boiling point. I wonder if inter-linking rivers will solve India’s water crisis or lead to more disputes.
Benjamin Franklin said ‘When the well is dry, we know the worth of water.’
But let us take a resolve to save water as every drop counts.
