ITANAGAR, Mar 6: The Indian Air Force (IAF) will conduct a recruitment rally at Guwahati, Assam on 17 March for selection of candidates to join the IAF as Airmen in Group ‘Y’ (Security Trade).
The rally will be held for unmarried male candidates from the states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland and Tripura.
Capital Complex Deputy Commissioner Prince Dhawan appealed to all the interested candidates, who have passed 10+2 and equivalent examination, to avail the opportunity to become airmen.
The rally would not only provide an opportunity to the unemployed youths to join IAF but also help strengthen the armed forces, said the DC. (DIPRO)
