Dear Editor,
This letter is directed to all the public servants in the state govt. who maintain a public visiting hours in their govt offices.
First, please be available at the office before the no visitors time limit, which is usually in afternoon, say 3 pm.
In case the public servant arrives at her/his office only after 3 pm, due to any reason, please be courteous and responsible to the public who have been waiting since morning at your office and allow them to place their grievances, many of whom come from very distant places.
I write this letter after being denied a chance to meet a public servant even after waiting for above 9 hours from morning at a Govt Office.
