Keep out ineligible and fake candidates

Dear Editor,
With reference to addendum published in your local daily dated 29th June 2018 vide no. PSCR(B)/03/2018 by APPSC, i would like to state that prior to this addendum and according to previous addendum dated 26th june 2018 vide no. PS-R(B)/03/2018 neither the B.ed 3rd semester mark sheet nor Bonafide certificate were made mandatory to fill up while filling up online form as “appeared” and “intend to appear” B.ed final year(semester).
As such many students from 2nd semester and even other subject background had filled up the form while taking the opportunity like APTET and NET where no documents is required to be filled while filling up online form, thus provide everyone access to give the exam even as mock drills. However, NET and APTET is just an entrance or qualifying examination(certificate examination), thus there is no limitation of seats and hence no hard and fast rule as well as issue of certificate is valid within stipulated time subject to production of academic qualification in original for the same.
But recruitment for PGTs and TGTs by APPSC has a limitation of seats hence if some ineligible candidate appear in written examination then it will deprive the actually eligible and deserving candidate. The
shortlist for viva voce will be based on performance in written exam and mark so secured.
Therefore, to avoid any future complicacy, it is my earnest request to Commission to reject and notify the same to that candidate who have filled up form prior to re-addendum dated 29th june 2018 under “intend to appear” category without mark sheet of 3rd semester or bonafide certificate of 4th semester B.Ed.
Yours,
An aspirant
