ITANAGAR, Jul 12: The capital complex district administration has informed that the wire rope suspension bridge connecting Police Colony and Statistics Colony here will be closed to traffic for five days, starting Friday.
The bridge is reportedly in a dilapidated condition and is not traffic worthy. The PWD is going to start work to repair the bridge, thereby necessitating its closure.
The administration has directed the PWD to display banners at the entry points of the bridge, informing commuters of the temporary closure. (DIPRO)
