Dear Editor,
I would like to request the APPSC to kindly arrange for wall clocks in the examination hall for the upcoming APPSCCE Prelims 2018 to be held on July 29. If not, then please allow the candidates to bring their wrist watch with them. During the last prelims held on 26 November 2017 in many centres, for instance Govt. HSS Polo colony Naharlagun, neither wall clocks were provided in the examination hall nor were personal watches allowed.
Everybody knows that this is not the way to conduct any examination especially competitive examinations. So I request the APPSC authorities not to repeat the same mistake twice.
