ITANAGAR, Jul 28: The official portal of the employment exchange of the labour & employment department, www.employment.arunachal.gov.in, was launched here on Friday by Labour & Employment Secretary Kapa Kholie, in the presence of IT Director Neelam Yapin Tana and Labour Commissioner Ojung Darung.
The portal will facilitate students and job seekers to register and get access to latest departmental and other private jobs online. It can also be accessed by institutes to register their students in bulk for future employment.
All employers, including the state government departments, will be notified to register themselves and post their jobs directly to the portal, the department informed.
The project has been rolled out for the capital complex employment exchange, and will be extended to the district-employment exchanges in phases, it said.
