NAHARLAGUN, Aug 9: A team of officers from the Indian Air Force’s (IAF) Guwahati (Assam)-based 11 Airmen Selection Centre interacted with the students and faculty members of Kendriya Vidyalaya-I here and the government college in Doimukh regarding the airmen recruitment rally scheduled to be held from 1 to 5 September at Borjhar, Guwahati.
Leading the team, JWO Surendra Kumar Saxena and Cpl Manish Chaudhary provided details about the recruitment process, and exhorted the students to join the armed forces.
Naharlagun EAC Hento Karga and DC Office EAC Toko Babu also urged the students to share the information regarding the rally with their friends and family members for further dissemination of information.
Another airmen recruitment rally would be held exclusively for candidates of Arunachal Pradesh in October, under Governor BD Mishra’s initiative.
