I would like to shed some light towards incompetency of APPSC.
Right from writing our first Prelim on 29 Nov 17 to second prelim on 29 July 18, we had seen series of errors but it seems APPSC is in no mood to accept and change their pattern of making error and excuses.
This time declaring the result for 2nd phase (preliminary) and giving it the name “Human Error” APPSC has set an example of being careless and irresponsible.
If the competent authority of the APPSC is showing such recklessness toward candidates future then what they do expect from the aspiring candidates!
I wish the concern authority and appeared/aspiring candidate would make a call for the new beginning.
