Dear Editor,
I would like to inform you that I had applied for the post of UDC on 19th July 2018 and made the payment of Rupees 650/- through internet banking to the department of Hydro Power Development Corporation of Arunachal Pradesh Ltd. After seeing the newspaper regarding the cancellation of the recruitment process, I sent an email to the concerned department requesting refund as the exam has been cancelled.
To my surprise, there is no any response or feedback from their end till now.
After experiencing this I wonder if I have been cheated? How many candidates like me is yet to be refunded?
