BOMDILA, Nov 8: Dirang MLA Phurpa Tsering recently donated 70 heaters to the students from Dirang studying at the government college here in West Kameng district. This was in response to a memorandum submitted to the MLA earlier by the All Dirang Collegian Welfare Association.
