Dear Editor,
The act of manhandling APPSCCE mains aspirants by the security personnel near the Kingcup school gate, Itanagar, was heart-rending. I feel deeply pained to see the matter has reached up to this extent.
These entire debacles could have been averted, if only a modicum of attention was paid to have a free and fair examination from the day of preliminary stage.
I hope the incident will act as an eye-opener for the APPSC to introspect so that such instances are never repeated again in the future. And also realise that it’s their bounden duty to conduct free and fair exams.
