ITANAGAR, Nov 18: A delegation of the All Arunachal Pradesh students’ Union (AAPSU) led by its general secretary Tobom Dai will be leaving here for Guwahati on Monday to take part in the ‘mega protest rally’ being organized under the banner of the North East Students Organization (NESO) against the controversial Citizenship Amendment Bill, 2016.
All the other component organizations of the NESO will also be taking part in the rally.
