ITANAGAR, Feb 14: Capital Complex Deputy Commissioner Prince Dhawan distributed revolving funds to 31 SHGs and an area level federation (ALF) under the Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana – National Urban Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NULM) in a function here on Thursday.
Rs 10,000 to each SHG and Rs 50,000 to the ALF was distributed during the function.
The revolving fund is a onetime hand-holding support given to SHGs and ALFs formed under the NULM, to enable them to improve their livelihood.
The DC advised the representatives of the SHGs and the ALF to use the funds judiciously.
The function was attended by, among others, CO Bittu Kri and president and secretaries of the selected SHGs and ALF. (DIPRO)
